The views over the sea were absolutely breathtaking, and the short stroll to the harbour made day trips to Inisboffin a breeze. Cleggan had a few great places to eat, including a pub offering delicious 'pub grub' and an excellent 'chipper'. In addition, Clifden's restaurants and pubs were just a short drive away, with a convenient bus service available as well. Our hostess was kind enough to provide an early breakfast for our hikes, and our room was bright, clean, and comfortable. we had a wonderful few days here and it was definitely great value for money.

Spent Xmas in a cute rural harbor village. the clear sky is perfect for stargazing and the seafood was amazing. Location is a great starting point for exploring the nearby national park. the comfy beds and warm rooms kept us cozy during the cold and windy nights.
The hot water in the shower was unpredictable, which made for an uncomfortable shower.

I recently stayed at a charming guesthouse in a tranquil rural setting. The house boasted picturesque countryside views from both the front and back, as well as a stunning sea view at the front. The house was within walking distance of a nearby village with great dining options, pubs, and a shop. The owner was incredibly friendly, offering great recommendations for local eateries. The breakfast provided was delicious and freshly cooked, setting me up perfectly for a day of exploring. The room itself was spotless, with a full en suite bathroom and a TV. I highly recommend driving to this guesthouse due to its rural location, but it is well worth it to experience the beauty of Clifden and the Wild Atlantic Way if you have a car.
I would recommend this hotel.
